BT817. Problems with Large Custom Fonts

Hi. I work with a panel RVT43HLBNWC00. Based on the newest chip BT817. I feel huge problems with the work of custom fonts. After any long experiments, I managed to find out that with the display of custom font characters, which are shifted relative to their beginning more than 16 kilobytes are displayed incorrectly, in the form of painted quadraticles.
This problem is observed as with my old fonts that work well on the panels with chip FT801, the same version of the EVE Asset Builder v. 2.5.1 utility created by the latest version.
Perhaps in my panel there is a chip of early revision with hardware errors.
Did anyone else have anyone else and how you struggled with them?

Would you be able to provide the font file you were utilising as well as the conversion settings and input character set used for the font when you are seeing this behavior?
